SnapShift is an AI-powered image generation tool. You may upload photos and select styles to generate new images. You must only upload photos that you have the right to use, including photos of yourself or people who have given you permission.

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. You are granted a license to use the AI-generated images for personal and commercial purposes, subject to applicable laws. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded photos or generated images.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use SnapShift to create content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or that infringes on the rights of others. You may not use photos of individuals without their consent.

5. No Warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated results may vary and we do not guarantee specific outcomes.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapShift and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
